For its client Samsung, Unamic/HCN Istanbul is looking for enthusiastic and service-minded people for the Dutch- and French-speaking customer service. This job requires fluency in both languages.

Customer Service Staff: What does it entail?

As Customer Service Staff you help Samsung customers who, for instance, have problems with IT and Mobile Telephony (HHP) products. They may, for instance, ask you questions about the latest Samsung Galaxy TAB or about installing a Samsung printer in a network. You provide technical support and give the customer good advice. You are also responsible for the proper settlement of the guarantee procedure. Finally, you make sure that each conversation is processed administratively.

What’s important is that you help think creatively with the customer in order to find a solution.

For the Samsung customer service we are looking for commercial and customer-friendly staff with a focus on service. We also request fluency in verbal and written Dutch and French and experience with customer contact (preferably by phone). Additional requirements:

  • At least intermediate vocational education level 2 working and thinking level
  • Aged 18+
  • Experience with computers
  • General technical knowledge
  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours a week
